Testing requirements are becoming increasingly complex and demanding. So that the necessary test scenarios can be carried out automatically, reproducibly and error-free, Pollux offers special software for creating complex test sequences.
Our sequence editor is the result of years of experience both in providing test benches for our customers and in application within our own testing system. The editor offers the flexibility to create complex processes with parameterizable monitoring, flexible transition conditions and automatic measured value storage.
Complete control with easy selection
Our software stands out with its user-friendly editor in which you can easily select all the required measurement and control variables using a drop-down menu. This user-focused feature eliminates the risk of typos and makes the flow creation process faster and safer.
Intuitive process definition
In contrast to conventional methods, only changes need to be defined in the flow editor. Unchanged control values are retained. This makes the overview easier and ensures natural readability of the processes.
Flexible time and condition control
The duration of a step in your process can be flexibly designed: either define a fixed period of time or link the completion to specific conditions, such as reaching a target temperature. With the ability to set absolute or percentage tolerances, as well as setting up and/or conditions, our software offers exceptional adaptability to your specific testing procedures.
Clarity in every step
Each step you define is accompanied by a short description that is displayed on the graphical user interface during the test run. This means you always have an overview of the current status of your test run.
Advanced monitoring and security
To ensure system safety, our software includes global shutdown limits. Additionally, you can set up step-specific monitoring or further restrict global limits to best protect your test items.
Comprehensive access to test sample sizes
Get access to all variables available via the test object interface, such as via LIN or CAN. These can be used in our editor as conditions for switching on, as manipulated variables or for monitoring, which expands your options for test design.
Test sequences come to life – the automatic mode
Simply select a process you have defined from the table in the overview and start it in automatic mode. A file with a time stamp and the name of the test procedure is automatically created, which records all relevant measurement data.

With our software you can load your ldf or dbc files yourself and use them directly in the flow editor. Be it as a control or monitoring variable.

Easy readability
It is sufficient to simply specify the changing manipulated variables in each step. In contrast to normal line-based process files, in which all manipulated variables must be defined in each step. This makes processes easier to read and saves time when creating them.
